I wasn’t always a coach. Ten years ago, I was at rock bottom. Sitting in county jail as a convicted felon  feeling defeated, lost, and stuck in a cycle of bad decisions.

Then I found out I was about to become a father. That moment changed everything.

I rebuilt my life through fitness—not just to look good, but to feel strong for myself and my family.
